I know that feeling because I’ve lived it.

I spent over 20 years in the U.S. Navy leading in high-pressure environments, doing meaningful work, checking all the boxes. And even after that, I found myself asking a hard question…

“Is this really it?”

That question forced me to stop, reset, and rebuild my life from the inside out. Not just career—but identity, direction, and purpose.

That’s what I teach now.

My approach isn’t about hype or motivation. It’s about getting real with yourself, seeing what’s actually been holding you back, and making changes that stick in real life—not just for a week.

I’ll meet you where you are, but I won’t let you stay there.
