About

I am a Transitions Coach, mentor, educator, author, and international speaker with more than 2,900 hours of coaching, mentoring, and teaching experience working with clients from over 38 countries. Since 2021, I have helped adults navigate major life transitions, including career changes, relocation abroad, retirement planning, personal reinvention, grief, relationship transitions, and creating a more intentional and fulfilling life.

In addition, I have taught English online, public speaking skills, creative writing, and effective writing for public speaking. My ideal student is someone that does not just want a teacher, but also a certified ICF coach and mentor. I have been a TEDx speaker, a twice published author, and a worls traveler. My life experience is extensive and I bring that into the classroom.
