About

I have taught privately and professionally for 15 years. My areas of specialty are guitar, voice, electric bass, ukulele, music theory, songwriting, and beginning keyboards. I’ve taught 1-on-1, in classrooms with Blue Bear School of Music, small groups and directed bands, youth to adult at School of Rock. My BA is in Music from City College of San Francisco. Music lessons with me are warm and my teaching style is patient and fun. My students get great ear training, improve rhythm skills and learn the right way to practice to reduce pain and gain skill!
