About

I am writing to express my interest in the teaching at Rebel Alchemy. With over a decade of experience in architecture education and hands-on industry practice, I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to your dynamic academic community.

My experience includes serving as a guest critic at California College of the Arts and UC Berkeley Extension. These roles have honed my ability to mentor and inspire students as they navigate the field of architecture and interior design. Additionally, as VP of Student Affairs for the International Interior Design Association, I launched a successful mentorship program linking students with industry professionals, effectively bridging the gap between academia and practice.

Moreover, running my own design firm has enriched my practical knowledge and understanding of the architectural field, from conceptual design to project management. This experience allows me to offer students real-world insights that enhance their academic learning and prepare them for future careers.

I am committed to cultivating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. Teaching at Rebel Alchemy presents an opportunity to continue inspiring the next generation of architects and designers, integrating diverse perspectives into the curriculum.
