I am a Technologist by Trade and an Educator by Heart. I've spent over 15 years within the Microsoft ecosystem, but my true speciality is bridging the gap between "this tech is intimidating" and "this tech is my superpower". My career is defined by architecting readiness frameworks for Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Generative AI, ensuring digital investments translate into "aha moments" and measurable ROI.
Recently, I served as a Senior Consultant specializing in Technical Training and Adoption Architecture. There I pioneered training tracks for Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI. I didn't just architect AI Agent Orchestration and teach users how to collaborate with "human-in-the-loop" triggers to automate complex workflows.
Highlighting my Subject matter Expertise, I live at the intersection of AI Automation, AI Agents and Data Analytics. My approach to "Big Data" is rooted in the practical application of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, turning disparate data sources into real-time, actionable insights. I specialize in: - AI Agent Strategy designing custom GPTs and Copilots from persona design to enterprise data integration. - Data Literacy scaling adoption and enablement across 1,000+ users be embedding self-service knowledge directly into the tools they use. - Prompt Engineering teaching the "User Trust" curriculum so students can effectively prompt AI to maximize individual productivity.
With regard to my ideal students and teaching approach, I am a firm believer that if a student hasn't learned, the instructor hasn't taught. My favor part of the process is witnessing the "Aha!" moment when a complex concept finally clicks. I am a newcomers biggest advocate. My background as a Scuba Instructor has taught me how to guide students through "high-stakes" environments, whether that's breathing underwater for the first time, prompting an AI Agent for the first time, or building their first Data Analysis. I excel at stripping away the jargon and providing a tiered learning path that builds confidence alongside skill. For the advanced learner already in the weeds, I offer deep-dives into governance, agent orchestration, and the technical rigor of the Microsoft stack to help move from "user" to "architect". I have extensive experience working with diverse groups, including challenged veterans and returning learners, to achieve certification and technical proficiency.
My approach is "Rigor + Relevance." I work with students to align learning milestones with real-world value, integrating hands-on tutorials so they aren't just watching, they're building.
