About

I have more than 40 years of real-world business experience, primarily in construction, roofing, office operations, customer service, sales, marketing, websites, lead generation, and business systems. Over the years, I have handled the day-to-day responsibilities that keep a small business running, including customer communication, scheduling, follow-up, estimating support, marketing, administrative systems, and problem-solving.

Today, I also work extensively with AI, automation, CRM systems, websites, lead follow-up, and digital tools that help small businesses become more organized and efficient. My experience is practical rather than academic—I teach from situations I have actually dealt with in business.

My ideal students are beginners, small-business owners, contractors, office managers, and entrepreneurs who want to understand how to use AI and technology without getting overwhelmed by technical language. Many of the people I work with know they need better systems but are not sure where to start.

My teaching style is simple, hands-on, and step-by-step. I focus on explaining not only how to use a tool, but why you would use it and how it applies to an actual business problem. My goal is for students to leave with skills they can immediately use to save time, improve customer service, follow up with leads, organize their business, and work more efficiently.
