About

Hello, I am a retired veteran teacher and I taught Welding at the High School level for almost 20yrs. My teaching certification is good in the state of Arizona until 2032. I am currently SMAW (3G,4G), GMAW (3G/4G), FCAW (3G/ 4G, unlimited thickness) and GTAW (Stainless Steel) welding certified.

An ideal student to me is someone who wants to learn, doesn't waste anyone's time and try's to be better than they were yesterday. A student in a shop class should be excited to learn a new skill and to be able to try it out............even better!

Welding is a vocation that can make someone decent money, The work can be hard but if you are able to find the right opportunity, welding can be very rewarding, monetarily as well as having the fulfillment of looking at something you built and feel a sense of proud accomplishment!
